Super

Super cover includes all the benefits offered in Economy cover with higher limits on many of them, such as for personal accident, as well as additional benefits like credit card fraud and more.

Super Plus

Our 'Super Plus' cover includes all the same benefits as 'Super' cover but with higher limits on some of them such as personal accident or holiday abandonment.

A resident of the Republic of Ireland is someone who is permanently resident in Ireland and has been for the past six months prior to the issue date of your policy. We are unable to provide cover for anyone who is not a resident of the Republic of Ireland.

No. Travel Insurance must be purchased prior to your departure from the Republic of Ireland unless you have purchased this insurance using a Wi-Fi connection whilst travelling on an aircraft or train but before you reach your first international destination.

Please enter your current date of birth. It does not matter if you have a birthday after you buy the policy; we just need your date of birth at the time you purchase the policy.

When you purchase insurance via our website you have the option to print off your Validation Certificate (proof of insurance), Policy Wording and Insurance Product Information Document once the payment has been successfully processed. You will also receive a booking confirmation by email to the email address supplied during the booking process. The booking confirmation contains your account information and details on how you can retrieve your documentation by using the "Manage my Policy" login section of our website.

If you wish you can also request to receive your documents by post as well as email. Please be mindful of your Environmental Impact when selecting your documents to be sent by post.

If you opt to receive the text message there is a €0.99 charge. The text message contains your policy number and the Emergency Assistance telephone number.

We strongly recommend you bring your Validation Certificate and Policy Wording with you when you travel.

If you need to make a change to your policy/details you can use your "Manage your policy" login. There are lots of different functionalities here. If you are unable to make the required change/upgrade please contact us on 0818 44 45 55 and we will be happy to assist you.

A "medical condition" is any disease, illness, injury or symptom for which you (you means all persons insured on the policy) have received medical advice, treatment or medication for in the last 2 years. For further information, refer to the important conditions relating to health section of the Policy Wording.

If you or any person to be insured has a medical condition, we need to ask you some medical questions before we can provide a quote. If you are declaring on behalf of another person you must have their permission to do so, and be fully aware of their medical history. You must declare ALL existing medical conditions for all people on the policy. If you declare some medical conditions and not others, your policy may be cancelled, or treated as it never existed, and your claims may be rejected or not fully paid. You cannot choose to exclude any medical conditions. You will not need to know the names of the medication you are taking.
